Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt of the item to submit a return request.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need an order confirmation sent to you via email.

Once your return request has been accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your order amount.

Poor quality product
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item you ordered. Amstramgram will try to replace or offer a similar item, but you must first return the item you received. In this case, the return costs will be covered by Amstramgram.
Exchange
If you wish to return your item and purchase another one, please let us know as soon as possible. We suggest that you order the desired new product and return the old one. You will then be refunded.
Refunds are available
As soon as we receive and verify your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
